Our Role

Many firms offer litigation support services to assist lawyers with highly technical aspects of their case. At RWFE, our litigation support activities relate to our areas of expertise. We have helped clients in the past by evaluating case for potential causes of action, including products liability, negligence, warranty, and premises liability claims. We have also provided preliminary opinions on intellectual property matters, including possible infringement, potential patentability, and the value or secrecy of different processes or formulas protected as trade secrets.
